For customers who purchased via the Astah Online Store, your license file is generated automatically. You can retrieve it immediately through our member portal or via the automated fulfillment email.
Applicability: This guide does not apply to Organizational Perpetual, Individual Academic, or Faculty Site Licenses.
How to download your license:
- Login to ChangeVision Members
- Use your email address you purchased the license with as Member ID.
- Please reissue your password if this if your first time to log in - Go to [My Licenses] menu.
- Your license information appears. Choose [Reissue this license key] or [Download this license key].
Also, the license file should've been delivered to you via email. Please look for the email with:
- Email Title: [info] Astah License Key is registered.
- Sender address: member-service@change-vision.com
If you still have a problem getting your license file, please contact us with an order ID.
