How can I reissue password?

When you login to ChangeVision members, you will need your email address and password.
If you purchase an auto-renewal subscription from our online store, your account will be created automatically. So when you first login to your account, you will need to reissue password.

1. Access CV Members site
2. Click [Reissue Password] button
   
   
   
3. Enter your email address, then click [Next].
   
   
   
4. You will receive an email from us with an email title : [info] The URL for reissuing password. Open the email and click the URL in the email.
   
   
5. You will be taken to this page. At this point, a new password has been issued and sent to you. Click [OK] to close this page then look for an email you received from us with an email title: [info] Password has been reissued.
   
   
   
6. You will find a new password in the email. Please use it to login to CV Members.
7. If you'd like to change the password, select [Change Password] menu and change it.
   (You will have to login first to change the password.
