# How to Download Your License After an Online Purchase
## Accessing your license file via the ChangeVision portal or email.
For customers who purchased via the [Astah Online Store](https://sites.fastspring.com/astah/product/online-store), your license file is generated automatically. You can retrieve it immediately through our member portal or via the automated fulfillment email.
**Applicability:** This guide does not apply to Organizational Perpetual, Individual Academic, or Faculty Site Licenses.
### How to download your license:
1. [Login to ChangeVision Members](https://members.change-vision.com/members/index.xhtml)
\- Use your email address you purchased the license with as Member ID.
\- Please [reissue your password](https://members.change-vision.com/password/reissue_entry.xhtml) if this if your first time to log in
2. Go to \[My Licenses\] menu.
3. Your license information appears. Choose \[Reissue this license key\] or \[Download this license key\].

Also, the license file should've been delivered to you via email. Please look for the email with:
- Email Title: \[info\] Astah License Key is registered.
- Sender address: member-service@change-vision.com
