      I bought a license from online store and I haven't received the license yet.

      Target: Astah Professional, UML, SysML and SystemSafety

      Once you complete your purchase from our online store, a license file should be available from our website except for Organizational Perpetual license, Individual Academic License and Faculty site License.

      How to download your license:

      1. Login to ChangeVision Members
        - Use your email address you purchased the license with as Member ID.
        - Please reissue your password if this if your first time to log in
      2. Go to [License Management] menu
      3. Your license information appears. Choose [Download this license key] from its drop-down box and click [Next]

      4. In the next page, click [Download] to download your license file.

      Also, the license file should've been delivered to you via email. Please look for the email with:

      • Email Title: [info] Astah License Key is registered.
      • Sender address: member-service@change-vision.com

       

      If you still have a problem getting your license file, please contact us with an order ID.
