      I want to cancel my subscription

      There are two ways to cancel your ongoing subscription.

      Option1:

      You receive an email from our online store (sender: mailer@fastspring.com) 10 days before your subscription license expires.
      To cancel your auto-recurring subscription, access the link in the email and press [Cancel Subscription].
