How to Locate and Export Astah Log Files
Identifying and collecting system and plug-in logs for official bug submissions.
When submitting a bug report, providing log files is the most effective way to help our team identify the root cause of an issue. Please locate and attach the two primary log files stored in your user home directory.
1. Primary Log Files by Edition
The primary logs are stored within a hidden folder in your user home directory.

Directory Paths
USER_HOME\.astah\ < edition_folder>
Because the .astah folder starts with a dot, it is hidden by default on most systems.
2. Plug-in Log Files
If your report involves a specific plug-in, please include the corresponding log file found in the same edition directory.
