Why can't I see my license in the renewal portal?

How to renew your Astah license if it has already passed its expiration date.

When logging into the Change Vision (CV) Members portal, your license does not appear in the list of available renewals.

Cause

To keep the dashboard organized, the system automatically removes licenses that have already passed their expiration date from the renewal portal.

Solution

If your license is no longer visible, do not worry. You can still maintain full access by registering your renewal as a new purchase.

  1. Log in to the CV Members Portal.

  2. Navigate to the [Register License] menu (instead of [My Licenses]).

  3. Process your license as a new registration.

  4. Once finished, your new license will be immediately available under the [My Licenses] menu.
