      My student license file (.xml) does not work

      If you directly open the license file(.xml) and modify the content, the license file will no longer work. In this case, please fill out this form to apply for a free student license again.

      If you have trouble setting up the license file, please try this step:

      1. Close Astah UML.
      2. Save your student license file (.xml) directly in the Astah UML installation folder.
      3. Start Astah UML.
      4. Then your license file should be installed.
