Check Your Inbox** If you purchased directly from [our online store](https://sites.fastspring.com/astah/product/online-store), you should receive two primary emails: - **Order Confirmation:** Sent from **Astah Support** ``. This contains your **License Number** and **Validation Code**. - **License File:** Sent from ``. This contains your actual license file attachment (if auto-registered). > \[!TIP\] **Check your Spam/Junk folder.** Automated emails from payment processors and registration systems are occasionally flagged by email filters. --- ### **2. Access the Members Site** If the emails haven't arrived, you can retrieve your license manually: 1. Log in to the [ChangeVision Members Site](https://members.change-vision.com/) using the email address used during purchase. 2. Navigate to the **My Licenses** menu. 3. Locate your product and select **Download this license key** or **Reissue this license key**. --- ### **3. Manual Registration** If your license is not listed under "My Licenses," you must register it manually using the credentials provided in the FastSpring receipt: 1. Click on the **Register License** menu on [the Members Site](https://members.change-vision.com/). 2. Enter the **License Number** and **Validation Code** received from ``. 3.
