Not receiving License Information after purchase
How to retrieve your license information and key file.
1. Check Your Inbox
If you purchased directly from our online store, you should receive two primary emails:

Order Confirmation: Sent from Astah Support
<mailer@fastspring.com>. This contains your License Number and Validation Code. -
License File: Sent from
<member-service@change-vision.com>. This contains your actual license file attachment (if auto-registered).
[!TIP] Check your Spam/Junk folder. Automated emails from payment processors and registration systems are occasionally flagged by email filters.
2. Access the Members Site
If the emails haven't arrived, you can retrieve your license manually:

Log in to the ChangeVision Members Site using the email address used during purchase.

Navigate to the My Licenses menu.

Locate your product and select Download this license key or Reissue this license key.
3. Manual Registration
If your license is not listed under "My Licenses," you must register it manually using the credentials provided in the FastSpring receipt:

Click on the Register License menu on the Members Site.

Enter the License Number and Validation Code received from
<mailer@fastspring.com>. -
Once registered, the license file will be sent to your email and will appear in your "My Licenses" list.
