How to view your license information

Accessing registered license details, keys, and status through the member portal.

You can manage and view all your active licenses through the Change Vision (CV) Members portal.

  1. Access the CV Members Portal.

  2. Click on the [My Licenses] menu on the left-hand side or dashboard.

  3. Your registered licenses will be listed. Click the arrow icon next to the specific license number to expand and view the full details (such as license key, support period, and version info).

Important Note on Expired Licenses

If you cannot find a specific license in your list, it may have reached its end-of-life:

  • Automatic Removal: Licenses that have already passed their expiration date are automatically removed from the renewal portal view to keep your dashboard current.
