If you own an Astah Professional Perpetual License, renewing your support allows you to continue receiving software updates and technical support after the initial one-year period expires.
1. Purchase the Renewal
First, you must purchase a Astah Professional Support Renewal License ($80 USD / €62) via the following channels:

Official Online Store: Visit the Astah website purchase page.

Authorized Distributors: Contact your local reseller.
2. Register the Renewal via CV Members Site
Once you have your renewal information, you must link it to your existing perpetual license.

Log into the CV Members Portal.

Click on the [My Licenses].

Locate your current license in the list. From the [Actions] menu on the right, select [Renew this license].

Enter the Support Renewal License information you received upon purchase and click [Next].

Review the license details on the following screen and click [OK] to finalize.
3. Download the Updated License File
After registration, you need the updated license file to reflect the new expiration date.

Via Email: A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address. Click the URL provided to download the file.

Direct Download: You can also download it immediately from the [My Licenses] section of the CV Members Portal.
4. Apply the License in Astah
Follow the steps below based on your operating system to update your software.
1. Launch Astah Professional.
2. Go to [Help] > [License].
3. Click [Set License key].
4. Navigate to your downloaded license file and select it.
